HomeManaged hosting
Hosting that stays quietly reliable.
We run your websites, applications and APIs on established cloud platforms, and handle the deployment, monitoring, backups and security updates. You can focus on the business instead of the servers.
What’s managed
Everything below the surface.
Cloud setup
Environments designed for your workload on a suitable cloud provider, defined as code so they're repeatable.
Deployment
Automated, repeatable releases with a staging environment and a clear way to roll back.
Monitoring & alerts
Uptime, performance and error monitoring, so issues are picked up early.
Backups & recovery
Scheduled backups with tested restores, so your data can be recovered if it's ever needed.
Security updates
Operating system and dependency patching, TLS certificates, firewalls and access control.
Performance
Caching, content delivery and right-sized resources, so pages are fast and costs stay sensible.
Our approach
Built on platforms you can trust.
We don't run our own data centre. We use established cloud providers, matched to your needs and your data residency requirements.
- Provider chosen per projectAWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure or Cloudflare, depending on your workload and region.
- Your accounts, your dataWhere you prefer, infrastructure runs in cloud accounts you own and we manage it for you.
- Data residencyHosting regions are chosen to meet your obligations, such as keeping data in Singapore.
- Transparent costsClear monthly management fees, with cloud usage shown separately.
- Documented setupInfrastructure is written down and reproducible, so you're never locked in.
Questions
Common hosting questions.
Can you host an application you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a review of the application and how it currently runs, then plan a careful migration with minimal downtime.
Where will my data be stored?
In the cloud region we agree with you. For many Singapore businesses that means a Singapore region, but we'll match whatever your obligations require.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Monitoring alerts us to problems, and we work through them with you. Response times and support hours are set out in your hosting agreement.
Can I move away later?
Yes. Your infrastructure is documented and defined as code, and your data can be exported, so moving to another provider or team is straightforward.
